PayPal is in fact quite antagonistic about the whole thing since I didn’t follow their policies to the letter. What little I know I had to deduce on my own, because trying to even ask PayPal “how did this happen?� results in them telling me their investigation is confidential and basically giving me the run-around and flat out ignoring me.</p><p>At this point, the way this whole thing was handled, I feel that PayPal is just as criminal as the scammer.
